For Attendees:

• Attendees with full-weekend or daily passes can sell up to 3 titles, with no setup fees
• If you’re not attending the festival but would still like to sell books, you can sell them for a $10/per title setup fee
• WCWF keeps 20% of all sale revenue, the author keeps 80% of all sale revenue
• Revenue WCWF keeps will cover credit card fees and the rest will be put towards the WCWF endowment fund to support the festivals future sustainability as an arts organization
• Any titles above three will cost $10/per book
• Book-related merchandise will be approved on a case-by-case basis and will count the same as a book
• Authors will submit their book titles (and pay any per-title fees) in advance. Please keep an eye on our website and newsletter for details on securing your book table spot
